When HCG is present in the urine, a hormone that will be neutralized by the antiserum, there was no reaction to the latex suspension and solution such as milk will be left on top of the slide. If there are no HCG, the antiserum will react with the latex to form a kind of grain

Intake Urine
Test should be performed on a urine sample that you remove the first time in the morning, because at that time the urine contains the highest concentration of HCG than at any other time. You should not drink or urinate at night, also avoid drinking in the morning before you actually take the urine. Because urine will be dilute and difficult to detect HCG. Place the sample in a clean container, remember do no stain soap or detergent. Then store in a small bottle or jar, until it's time tested.

Blood Tests
Doctors use two types of blood tests to check for pregnancy that is qualitatively and quantitatively. Blood tests can detect HCG earlier than urine tests. Blood tests can detect pregnancy about six to eight days after you ovulate (release an egg from the ovary). Quantitative blood test called beta HCG test also can show how exactly HCG levels in your blood even when the levels are still a little. Only qualitative blood test will show whether or not there is HCG blood test type has the same accuracy with a urine test.

Ultrasound scan (ultrasound scans)
Ultrasound  is the use of high frequency sound waves to look inside the abdominal cavity and displays the image of the fetus on the monitor screen. This test is usually performed in a doctor's office or in a hospital maternity. Ultrasound can detect amniotic bag (amniotic) on gestation age of 6 weeks and 7 weeks embryo.
